The event, one of the most important on the global shipping calendar, is taking place in Oslo and Lillestrøm, Norway, from June 4th – 7th, and will allow DMCA to update stakeholders on the successful delivery of some of the emirate's latest initiatives to strengthen its attractiveness and competitiveness as a centre for the maritime sector.
A major focus at Nor-Shipping 2019 will be the success of Dubai's Maritime Sector Strategy(MSS) in securing the emirate its position as one of the world's leading maritime centers, while DMCA will also be presenting a number of new and exciting initiatives designed to build on achievements to date. This is an ideal opportunity to exchange information with shipowners and other stakeholders from Norway and the rest of the world about the full array of initiatives launched by DMCA, and to meet senior representatives from other leading organizations based in Dubai. Nor-Shipping will help DMCA to ensure that the international shipping business has a deeper understanding of Dubai's strengths, investment opportunities and prospects."
